Rockelis also may serve as a data processor when we provide services and perform work for our business clients. Rockelis’s services are delivered as requested and directed by our clients.  There are certain circumstances where our subsidiaries may also be data controllers or data processors, for instance when you engage us for the provision of services, but we will inform you of these circumstances in advance.
